Provide Recruiting and Talent Management services for a multi-specialty physician practice group. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for consulting with leadership within the organization to attract and hire top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a significant role in finding, attracting, and hiring top talent for the various practice and administrative groups in the Louisville area. This position exists to deliver high level customer service to staff, management, vendors and applicants. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide a variety of HR services and coordinate the timely, efficient and effective delivery of HR programs including but not limited to: Selection, Screening, ATS Management, onboarding, and selected training and development programs.
